Getting Started: with your kit
Includes: 1 LED Light, 1 Mouth Tray,
3 Whitening Gels and 1 Shade Guide
Brush your teeth before using this treatment for best results. We recommened using at night, prior to going to bed.
Use the shade guide to match your current teeth shade. Take a clear photo of your teeth before treatment.
To activate the LED Light open the cover on the back of the device, remove plastic slip in-between the batteries and place cover back on.
Attach the mouth tray to the LED Light.
To remove the gel cap, twist off before applying the gel and twist back on after using.
Apply 1/4 gel to the top of the mouth tray.
Apply 1/4 gel to the bottom of the mouth tray.
Place the mouth tray in your mouth and turn it on by pressing the button on the top on the LED Light.
Whiten teeth for 10 minutes.
The LED Light will automatically turn off after 10 minutes. Remove the device from your mouth.
Spit excess gel into the sink and rinse your mouth out with water.
Seperate the LED Light from the mouth tray. Thoroughly wash excess gel from the tray.
Compare your results from day one to day six and share your results on social media, using #hismile.
Repeat one application every day for six consecutive nights.
Avoid dark food and drinks such as coffee, tea, red wine, soda, blueberries, curry and pasta sauce.
